Our Work at Empact Ministries
Shelter Outreach
We are very fortunate to be able to go to our own homes, provide for our own food, and afford our own clothes. However, there are many that have fallen on hard times and are unable to experience this.
Our Vision
Empact Ministries’ vision is to "Serve Those in Need."
Our Mission
Provide assistance to shelters, families in need, and other nonprofits within and outside the local community, and support Christian Ministries and missions within the local community and abroad.
Services
It is important to us to be clear about what services we provide to those that are in need. This list details some of our initiatives that we need your support in.
Helping Hands
Trying to provide the necessary services to those that are in need can be an overwhelming task because the needs in our community are great. However, by providing 'helping hands' and services that may not be available by other organizations, we can try to help fill that void.

6 April 2025 - Dinner Provider at the Carpenters Shelter. Prepared dinner for 34 residents and staff.
Ministry Services
Shelter Outreach
The “Shelter" Outreach Program will prepare and serve meals, provide clothing and toiletry items, and participate in volunteering opportunities.
Mission and Ministry Outreach
The “Mission and Ministry" Outreach Program will provide supplies and equipment, and support missions for ministries and churches.
Basic Computer Skills Outreach
The “Basic Computer Skills Outreach Program” will teach basic computer skills training to assist individuals with:
Operation Let's Eat
The “Operation Lets Eat" Outreach Program will operate a nonperishable food bank. This outreach program will support food pantries for churches, shelters, and other organizations that operate meal programs. The nonperishable food bank will also be available to individuals and families by appointment only.
Shop The Closet
The “Shop The Closet” Outreach Program will provide professional business attire for individuals seeking first-time employment or reentry into the workforce. This outreach program will be by appointment only.
